On September 29, 2025, the 21st meeting of the third board of directors of SEP Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the proposal for the investment and construction of the expansion project for selection and extraction agents by its wholly-owned subsidiary Fujian Zijinlong Lihua Chemical Co., Ltd. The project is proposed to be located in the Jiaoyang Industrial Park, Shanghang County, Longyan City, with an investment of no more than 300 million yuan, to be constructed in phases, covering an area of 95 acres, with funding sourced by the company itself. This project aims to expand the production of copper extraction agents and other selection and extraction agents, and upon production, it will enhance capacity and consolidate the company's industry position. However, the project faces risks such as land acquisition, implementation conditions, policy adjustments, construction delays, and underperformance of implementation effects.
