Nusun Landscape announced that its holding subsidiary, Guangzhou Xinsuan Shengyang Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest no more than 83.6963 million yuan to build the Guangzhou Smart Innovation Valley Computing Power Infrastructure Project in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The project aims to expand the company's business in the comprehensive computing power service field, enhance its core competitive advantages, and will be used for the company's own use or to provide data center room infrastructure leasing services after completion
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nusun Landscape (300536.SZ) announced that in order to further expand the company's business layout in the comprehensive computing power service field, build a computing power service provider with comprehensive service capabilities, and enhance the company's core competitive advantages in the computing power industry, the company's controlling subsidiary Guangzhou Xinsuan Shengyang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinsuan Shengyang") plans to invest no more than RMB 83.6963 million to invest in the construction of the Guangzhou Smart Innovation Valley computing power infrastructure project in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Upon completion, the relevant facilities will mainly be used for the company's own use or to provide data center room infrastructure leasing services to external parties
