Asieris Pharmaceuticals' director and executive Yang Mingyuan resigns for personal reasons

Recently, the board of directors of Jiangsu Asieris Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. received Mr. Yang Mingyuan's "Resignation Report." Due to personal reasons, Yang Mingyuan resigned from the positions of director, board secretary, and financial officer on September 30, 2025, and will no longer hold any position after his departure. His resignation does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and does not affect the normal operation of the board. The resignation application takes effect upon delivery. The company will promptly appoint a new board secretary and financial officer. In the meantime, the chairman and general manager PANKE will act as the board secretary, and director and deputy general manager ZHUANGCHENGFENGJOHN will act as the financial officer. Yang Mingyuan directly and indirectly holds approximately 0.13% of the company's total share capital and will comply with relevant reduction regulations after his departure
