However, due to insufficient project sales receipts, the issuer is unable to complete the relevant repayment matters as planned. The specifics are as follows: As of September 30, 2025, the issuer will not be able to complete the originally scheduled repayment matters for "H20 Aoyuan 1" and "H21 Aoyuan" as planned.
