AEON's subsidiary AEON GD plans to renew the warehouse lease
AEON announced that its subsidiary AEON GD has signed a lease renewal agreement with Foshan Pufeng Warehousing Operations to renew the warehouse lease, with the lease term starting from December 1, 2025, and an additional warehouse lease term starting from either August 1, 2025, or January 1, 2026. AEON GD has been leasing the warehouse since November 14, 2016, to support its retail business, and the supplementary lease agreement will expire on November 30, 2025
According to the announcement from AEON (00984), on September 30, 2025, the company's subsidiary AEON GD (as the tenant) and the owner Foshan Pufeng Warehousing Operation (as the owner) entered into a warehouse agreement (essentially a renewal agreement) to renew the lease of the warehouse (Unit 3-4, 1st Floor, Prologis Shunde Chen Village Logistics Park), with the lease term starting from December 1, 2025, and to lease additional warehouse space, with the lease term starting from August 1, 2025, or January 1, 2026 (depending on the circumstances). Since November 14, 2016, AEON GD has been leasing the warehouse from the owner for warehousing purposes to support AEON GD's retail business.
AEON GD has been leasing the premises from the owner under a supplemental lease agreement since January 14, 2016, and has been operating a warehouse at the premises. As the supplemental lease agreement will expire on November 30, 2025, AEON GD entered into a warehouse agreement with the owner to extend the lease terms and lease additional warehouse space
