WISDOM EDU INTL's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Ruixing signed a management service agreement with Yunfu Guangming School for Yunfu High School, with the service period from October 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028. Both parties may negotiate an extension, subject to relevant laws and regulations
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WISDOM EDU INTL (06068) announced that on October 1, 2025, Dongguan Ruixing (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a management service agreement for Yunfu High School with Yunfu Guangming School. Dongguan Ruixing agrees to provide management services for Yunfu High School, with an initial term from October 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028 (inclusive of both start and end dates), and may be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties, provided that it complies with the provisions of Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules and all other applicable laws and regulations
