Cancellation of LSE listingFurther to the announcement made by Assura on 5 September 2025, Assura made requests to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange (&#34;LSE&#34;) respectively to cancel the listing and trading of the Assura Shares on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List and Main Market of the LSE (the &#34;LSE Delisting&#34;). The LSE Delisting has become effective from 8.00 a.m. (London time)/9.00 a.m. (South African Standard Time (&#34;SAST&#34;)) today.Trading of Assura Shares on the Main Board of the securities exchange operated by the JSE Limited (&#34;JSE&#34;) was suspended from 7.30 a.m. (SAST) on 3 October 2025. The cancellation of the listing of the Assura Shares on the Main Board of the JSE (the &#34;JSE Delisting&#34;) is expected to occur on 23 October 2025. Assura plc has announced the cancellation of its listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), effective from 8:00 a.m. on October 6, 2025. This follows a joint announcement with Primary Health Properties PLC regarding an acquisition offer. Trading of Assura shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) was suspended on October 3, 2025, with a delisting expected on October 23, 2025. Assura plans to re-register as a private limited company post-delisting.
