TANG PALACE's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Weihua Shengshi Tang Palace Catering Co., Ltd. and its branches have received a subpoena from the Futian District People's Court, with the first court date set for December 9, 2025. The lawsuit requests the return of property and payment of approximately 12.7 million yuan in unpaid rent. The company stated that this lawsuit has no significant impact on its overall business operations and financial condition
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TANG PALACE (01181) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Weihuashengshi Tang Palace Catering Co., Ltd. (Weihuashengshi), and its branch, Shenzhen Weihuashengshi Tang Palace Catering Co., Ltd. Caide Store (collectively referred to as the defendants), operate a catering business on the fifth floor of the Olive Building, located on the east side of Caitian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen (the property), and have entered into a lease agreement with Shenzhen Huimin Commercial Management Co., Ltd. as the landlord. The defendants received a summons from the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen, regarding the property on September 30, 2025. The lawsuit filed by Shenzhen Senwang Property Management Co., Ltd. (the plaintiff or claiming to be the property owner) includes requests for the return of the property and the payment of approximately RMB 12.7 million in unpaid rent and other fees (the lawsuit). The first court date is set for December 9, 2025.
