In St. Helier, Jersey, MAC Copper Limited (NYSE:MTAL, ASX:MAC) has announced the proposed acquisition of 100% of its issued share capital by Harmony Gold (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (JSE:HAR, NYSE:HMY). The acquisition will be executed through a Jersey law scheme of arrangement under Article 125 of the Companies Act. MAC Copper Limited's Australian Registered Body Number is 671 963 198.
