Meanwhile, Feut AS has acquired the same number of shares, increasing its ownership to 19.216%, surpassing the 15% threshold. Both companies are controlled by Ferncliff TIH AS, maintaining an aggregate control of 206,734,556 shares, or 31.78% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company.
Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has today sold 125,000,000 shares in Arribatec GroupASA(the Company). After the sale, Ferncliff Listed DAI owns 81,734,556 shares inthe Company (corresponding to 12.565% of the shares and voting rights),therebyfalling below the notifiable threshold of 15%.
Feut AS has today acquired 125,000,000 shares in the Company (corresponding to19.216% of the shares and voting rights), thereby passing the notifiablethreshold of 15%.
Both Ferncliff Listed DAI AS and Feut AS are controlled by Ferncliff TIH AS(Ferncliff Listed DAI AS owned directly, and Feut AS indirectly owned throughownership in Ferncliff Property AS), and the aggregated control in the Companyremains the same, 206,734,556 shares (corresponding to 31.78% of the sharesandvoting rights in the Company).
