FANTASIA: The hearing regarding the Hong Kong plan is scheduled to be held on January 16, 2026
FANTASIA announced that it plans to hold a hearing at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on January 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. to discuss its restructuring plan. The plan will be implemented through arrangements in Hong Kong and procedures in other jurisdictions. The company submitted the original summons to the court on October 8, 2025, and the hearing will seek court approval to convene a meeting to consider and approve the Hong Kong plan
According to the announcement from FANTASIA (01777), the company proposes to restructure through the Hong Kong arrangement plan (Hong Kong Plan) and/or any other equivalent procedures in jurisdictions deemed necessary or appropriate by the company, in accordance with the terms of the restructuring support agreement. On October 8, 2025, the company submitted the original summons to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in accordance with the terms of the restructuring support agreement. The hearing regarding the Hong Kong Plan is scheduled to take place at 10:00 AM (Hong Kong time) on January 16, 2026, in the court. During the hearing, the court will be asked to issue an order for the plan creditors to convene a plan meeting to consider and approve (with or without amendments) the Hong Kong Plan
