BESTER announced that as of September 30, 2025, a total of 6.006 million yuan of "BESTER Convertible Bonds" has been converted into the company's A-share common stock, totaling 284,363 shares, accounting for 0.0845% of the total shares issued before conversion; the remaining unconverted amount is 510.994 million yuan, accounting for 98.8383% of the total issuance. In this quarter, 14,000 yuan of "BESTER Convertible Bonds" were converted, resulting in the conversion of 666 shares. The "BESTER Convertible Bonds" were issued in October 2023, with an initial conversion price of 32.80 yuan/share, and the latest conversion price is 20.95 yuan/share, having undergone multiple adjustments during this period.
