KE Electric: Hisense Energy plans to subscribe for no more than 92.6498 million shares

KE Electric announced that Hisense Energy intends to subscribe for new shares issued by the listed company, with a maximum subscription of 92.6498 million shares at a price of 16.19 yuan per share, for a total subscription amount not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan. Upon completion of this issuance, Hisense Energy will directly hold 18.68% of the shares of the listed company. Hisense Energy has committed not to transfer the new shares issued to it by the listed company in this transaction within thirty-six months
