HC TECH GP: Liang Yaozu has been appointed as the company secretary

According to the announcement from HC TECH GP (01116), Mr. Zhang Hongguang has resigned as the company secretary; the authorized representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective from October 9, 2025.
