PEIJIA-B announced that it has received a confirmation letter from the National Medical Products Administration of China, confirming that its registration application for the GeminiOne® transcatheter edge-to-edge repair system has been accepted. This system is an innovative TEER device independently developed by the company, featuring a unique groove-type mechanical structure that allows for a longer grasping arm length while maintaining a small size, and is designed to reduce surgical complexity and adapt to various anatomical structures
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PEIJIA-B (09996) announced that the company has recently received a confirmation letter from the National Medical Products Administration of China (NMPA), confirming that it has accepted the registration application for the GeminiOne® Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER) system.
GeminiOne® is an innovative TEER device developed in-house by the company. Its unique sliding groove mechanical structure achieves a longer grasping arm length while maintaining a smaller implant size and delivery system. Other innovations include an independent leaflet capture function that can reduce surgical complexity, an automatic locking mechanism to prevent repeated locking and unlocking during the surgical process, and a multi-angle release design that can adapt to a wider range of anatomical structures
