DATRONIX HOLD renews supply agreement for magnetic components

DATRONIX HOLD (00889.HK) announced the renewal of its supply agreement with Datatronics Romoland, which agrees to purchase magnetic components for a period of 3 years, until December 31, 2028. The proposed annual cap amounts for the new agreement are HKD 40 million, HKD 44 million, and HKD 48 million, respectively.

The company stated that when setting the annual cap, it considered that the United States has always been the group's main market, and its technology market continues to grow, which is expected to further drive demand for magnetic component products. At the same time, it is anticipated that from 2026 to 2028, Datatronics Romoland's demand for magnetic components will grow by 9.1% to 10%
