SYS announced that the company and relevant parties received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The decision states that from December 2023 to January 2024, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary provided guarantees for Yantai Hekang Materials Co., Ltd., Shandong Bomiaow Industrial Co., Ltd., and Yantai Zongxi New Materials Co., Ltd. through the pledge of time deposits, with a total guarantee amount of 150 million yuan. The above guarantees did not undergo the review procedures of the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting, and were not disclosed in a timely manner as required.
