Xinzi (00083.HK) has partnered with China Overseas (00688.HK) and K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK) to develop the third phase of the Jinshang Road project, Baolong III. As of today (13th) at 2:30 PM, it has received over 1,300 votes, with the first batch of units totaling 138, resulting in an oversubscription of more than 8 times. The developer revealed that there is a possibility of launching additional units in the short term to respond to customer demand.
The developer stated that Baolong III will feature two clubhouses, namely the "Main Clubhouse GOLDEN PAVILION" and the "Fitness Club VITALITY HOUSE," covering a total area of over 37,000 square feet
