BROAD HOMES: Plans to apply for bankruptcy reorganization on its own

BROAD HOMES announced that Changsha BROAD Residential Industrial Group Co., Ltd. has decided to apply for bankruptcy reorganization on its own. The company is currently facing serious debt and operational crises, and despite having taken several self-rescue measures, the effects have been minimal. According to relevant legal provisions, the company meets the conditions for bankruptcy reorganization and possesses reorganization value and platform resource advantages. The board of directors recommends that the company apply to the Changsha Intermediate People's Court for bankruptcy reorganization and requests the shareholders' meeting to authorize the executive director to handle related matters. A special shareholders' meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, to review and approve the relevant resolutions
