SHGBIT: Plans to increase capital by 8.75 million Malaysian Ringgit for its wholly-owned subsidiary

SHGBIT announced that the company plans to use its domestic self-owned funds to successively increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary SHGBIT Hong Kong and its wholly-owned subsidiary SHGBIT International, with a total capital increase not exceeding 8.75 million Malaysian Ringgit. After completing the above capital increase, SHGBIT International will act as the funding entity and invest no more than 8.75 million Malaysian Ringgit in SHGBIT Malaysia. The total investment amount mentioned above is 8.75 million Malaysian Ringgit
