CHINA STARCH: Chen Zhijun appointed as independent non-executive director
CHINA STARCH announced that Mr. Sun Mingdao will resign as an independent non-executive director on October 15, 2025, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and other committee member positions. Professor Chen Zhijun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from the same date
According to the announcement from CHINA STARCH (03838), Mr. Sun Mingdao has notified the board of directors of his decision to resign from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective October 15, 2025. Following Mr. Sun Mingdao's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, nor as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee.
