According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCEAN STAR TECH announced that following the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting, Ms. Chen Lizhu has resigned as Executive Director; Mr. Yang Mingyuan has resigned as Executive Director; Ms. Zhou Ying has resigned as Executive Director; Mr. Shi Zhu has resigned as Non-Executive Director; and Mr. Han Zhenghai has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director
