CATEC: Aerospace Feihong plans to increase its investment in Aerospace Feiteng by 49.5 million yuan

CATEC announced that its holding subsidiary, Aerospace Times Feihong Technology Co., Ltd., has publicly listed its holding subsidiary, Beijing Aerospace Feiteng Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., on the Beijing Property Exchange to introduce one investor, with a financing amount of 49.5 million yuan, releasing no more than 7.683% of equity. After review by the Beijing Property Exchange and confirmation by Aerospace Feiteng, Aerospace Feihong has been determined as the final investor for this capital increase, intending to invest 49.5 million yuan to subscribe for 7.683% equity of Aerospace Feiteng. After the completion of the capital increase and share expansion, Aerospace Feiteng will still be a holding subsidiary of Aerospace Feihong, and there will be no change in the scope of consolidated financial statements
