SKYFAME REALTY announced that due to Xue Hanrong dedicating more time to personal affairs, he will resign as the company secretary and authorized representative effective October 17, 2025. Executive Director Zhang Guocheng has been appointed as the new authorized representative, and the suspension of trading will continue
According to the announcement from Tianyu Realty (00059), Xue Hanrong has resigned as (i) the company secretary and (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 17, 2025, due to his desire to devote more time to personal matters.
After Xue Hanrong's resignation, the board announced that executive director Zhang Guocheng has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05, effective from October 17, 2025.
