BJ ENERGY INTL has signed an underwriting agreement with CMS and other underwriters, appointing CMS as the lead underwriter for the notes that have been issued or will be issued. Specific terms will be agreed upon after notification. On September 10 and October 17, 2025, the company appointed CMS as the lead underwriter for the third and fifth batches of notes, respectively. The principal amount of the third batch of notes is 1 billion yuan, fully underwritten by CMS, while the total principal amount of the fifth batch of notes is 1.5 billion yuan, with CMS underwriting 1.05 billion yuan
According to the Beijing Energy International (00686) announcement, on August 29, 2025, the company (as the issuer) entered into an underwriting agreement with China Merchants Securities and other underwriters (as the lead underwriter). Under the underwriting agreement, the company has appointed China Merchants Securities and other underwriters as the lead underwriters to underwrite the notes issued or to be issued by the company. The specific terms of the appointment of underwriters shall be agreed upon separately at an appropriate time after notifying the underwriters of each batch of notes.
