ENVISION GREEN issues new shares at a premium of 1.31%, raising a net amount of 155 million yuan
ENVISION GREEN (01783.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 50 million new shares to two independent third parties, Vintage Antique and Weishi Capital, which represents an increase of 1.75% in the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 3.1, a premium of 1.31% compared to the last trading day (17th). The net fundraising amount is approximately HKD 155 million, intended for the environmental park project and the sales cooperation project with Fortune Metal Group
