TIELIU provides a joint liability guarantee of 20 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

On October 20, 2025, TIELIU signed a new "Maximum Amount Irrevocable Guarantee" with the Huangshi Branch of China Merchants Bank, providing a joint liability guarantee of no more than 20 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Sanhuan Clutch Co., Ltd. in connection with the "Credit Agreement" signed with the bank. This guarantee has no counter-guarantee. The company has previously passed relevant proposals, and this guarantee is within the authorized scope, requiring no further review. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the listed company and its controlling subsidiaries amount to 268.024 million yuan, accounting for 15.92% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is to meet the daily operational needs of the subsidiary, with controllable risks, and is in line with the overall interests of the company
