S.P.I Landscape Design announced that the company and related personnel received a warning letter from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. The warning letter pointed out that during the period from September 2021 to August 2023, the company inaccurately disclosed the product types when using idle raised funds for cash management, and did not adequately inform about the risks of principal loss when purchasing non-principal guaranteed products, violating relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies." The warning letter requires the company and responsible individuals to strengthen their understanding of securities laws and regulations, prevent such issues from occurring again, and submit a rectification report and an internal accountability report
