TIP Group: Change of Controlling Shareholder
TIP Group announced that on October 20, 2025, Puen Investment, Tianxing Trading, and individual Fang Donghui signed a supplementary agreement regarding the share transfer agreement of Ningbo TIP Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., to supplement the performance of the share transfer after the name change of Puen Investment. This agreement transfer and capital increase will result in a change of control of the listed company, with the actual controller changing from Mr. You Jianyi to Mr. Yang Gongyifan
