Ganyue Expressway's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Ganyue Industrial Development Co., Ltd., has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Times Qiji New Energy Technology. The two parties will collaborate to explore the new energy battery swap market for heavy trucks in Jiangxi Province, invest in and operate battery swap infrastructure, provide rapid battery replacement services, solve the energy replenishment challenges for electric heavy trucks, create a heavy truck battery swap corridor, and establish a comprehensive battery swap infrastructure system
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ganyue Expressway (600269.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Ganyue Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as Industrial Development Company) has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Times Qiji). Both parties will leverage their respective advantages, collaborate, share information, and jointly explore the new energy battery swap market for heavy trucks in highway service areas within Jiangxi Province. They will cooperate in the investment and operation of battery swap infrastructure, providing customers with fast battery replacement services to address the challenges of energy replenishment and range anxiety for electric heavy trucks, creating a battery swap corridor, and offering integrated solutions for battery swapping and charging, gradually forming a reasonably laid-out, fully functional, stable, and safe battery swap infrastructure system
