According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEBX INTL HLDGS (08521) announced that on October 21, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, WEBX Cloud Services Limited, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Pansemi (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (Pansemi) to collaborate on the supply and operation of computing power for cloud computing and internet traffic services.
Under the strategic cooperation agreement, the subsidiary agrees to prioritize the phased procurement of computing power from Pansemi or designate affiliated persons to procure computing power from Pansemi for its cloud computing and internet traffic services business, provided that the terms are comparable to those of other service providers.
