PUJIANG INTL will be delisted starting from the 27th of this month
The Stock Exchange announced that PUJIANG INTL (02060.HK) will have its listing status canceled in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1) starting from 9:00 AM on October 27 this year.
Due to the company's failure to fulfill the resumption guidance set by the Stock Exchange on or before October 1 this year, the listing committee decided on October 10 to cancel the company's shares' listing status on the Stock Exchange in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1).
The company's shares have been suspended from trading since April 2 of last year
