Farmers National Banc Corp. to Acquire Middlefield Banc Corp. in All-Stock Deal

Farmers National Banc Corp. has announced its acquisition of Middlefield Banc Corp. in an all-stock deal, approved by both companies' boards. Following the merger, Middlefield Bank will be integrated into Farmers National Bank, with branches rebranded under the Farmers name. The merger will create a combined entity with approximately $7.4 billion in assets and 83 branches in Ohio and western Pennsylvania, aiming to enhance Farmers' market presence and customer services.
