BEIKEN Energy announced that on October 22, 2025, it received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets by BEIKEN Energy Holding Group Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. This issuance of A-shares to specific targets is still subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented. The final decision and timing regarding whether it can pass the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's review and obtain the China Securities Regulatory Commission's registration consent remain uncertain
