LHN subsidiary subscribes for shares in joint venture company to participate in Singapore property acquisition and redevelopment project

LHN Group (01730.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary WPSTPY has subscribed for new shares in a joint venture with several companies to participate in a collective property acquisition project located at 680 Upper Thomson Road, Singapore. Upon completion of the property acquisition and obtaining all necessary approvals from relevant authorities, the joint venture will commence the redevelopment of the property. WPSTPY will be allocated 50 shares, accounting for 5% of the total equity of the joint venture; each share has a par value of 1 Singapore dollar
