
The second round of sales for Park Loft III on Kam Sheung Road took place on Sunday, with 138 units sold at a discounted price starting from HKD 4.8946 million
Xinzi (00083.HK) has collaborated with China Overseas (00688.HK) and K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK) to develop the project Jinshang Road Polon III, which has released a new sales arrangement. The second round of sales will take place this Sunday (26th), offering 138 units for public sale.
All 138 units are standard units, including 40 one-bedroom units and 98 two-bedroom units. After deducting the maximum discount of 16%, the lowest priced unit is the B7 unit on the 2nd floor of Block 5, with a usable area of 352 square feet, one-bedroom (open kitchen), with a discounted price of HKD 4.8946 million, and a discounted price per square foot of HKD 13,905; the lowest price per square foot unit is the B8 unit on the 1st floor of Block 2, with a usable area of 461 square feet, two-bedroom (open kitchen), with a discounted price of HKD 6.048 million, and a discounted price per square foot of HKD 13,119.
Additionally, the Polon series sold the A2 unit on the 11th floor of Block 9 yesterday (22nd), with a usable area of 762 square feet, at a transaction price of HKD 11.5641 million, with a price per square foot of HKD 15,176. The Polon series has cumulatively sold 1,565 units, accumulating cash of HKD 13.9 billion
