Wireless Media: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3.75 for every 10 shares

Wireless Media announced that the company achieved a net profit of RMB 217 million from January to September 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the accumulated undistributed profits amounted to RMB 976 million. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3.75 per 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 400 million shares, totaling a cash dividend distribution of RMB 150 million. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward for distribution in future years or retained for the company's operational development. If there is a change in the company's total share capital from the date the board of directors approves the proposal until the implementation of the equity distribution, the company will adjust the total distribution amount according to the principle of maintaining the distribution ratio
