According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, China National Nuclear Corporation Zhejiang Energy Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Zhejiang Energy Group Co., Ltd. exiting the shareholder list and ZZEPC being added as a shareholder. The registered capital increased from 1.42 billion RMB to approximately 2.63 billion RMB, an increase of about 85%. At the same time, some senior executives also changed. China National Nuclear Corporation Zhejiang Energy Co., Ltd. was established in February 2014, with Zhong Hua as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the development technology, technical consulting, and services related to nuclear power, clean energy, and related projects. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power Co., Ltd., China National Nuclear Power, and Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd
