PRIMARIUS: Shareholders holding more than 5% and their concerted actions reduced their holdings to 8.98%
PRIMARIUS announced that from September 11 to October 24, 2025, shareholders holding more than 5%, Qiongqingcheng Golden Autumn Equity Investment Management Partnership and its concerted parties, cumulatively reduced their holdings by 4.4197 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading. After the change in equity, their total shareholding ratio decreased from 10% to 8.98%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is part of the previously disclosed plan and has not yet been fully implemented, which will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor will it affect the company's governance and ongoing operations
