SUPERACTIVE GP received a court summons and continues to be suspended from trading
SUPERACTIVE GP has received a summons from the High Court of Hong Kong, as the defendant company must respond to a claim of HKD 547 million in unpaid debts and interest from Fengxing Limited. Since April 1, 2025, the company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange and will continue to be suspended
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUPERACTIVE GP (00176) announced that the company (as the defendant) has received a summons issued by the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on October 21, 2025. The summons was issued by the lawyer representing Fengxing Limited (as the plaintiff) against the company. As stated in the claim statement attached to the summons, the plaintiff is claiming HKD 547 million (unpaid amount) from the company, which includes the principal amount of the unpaid bonds due as of October 19, 2025, along with accrued contractual interest and default interest. The plaintiff is also claiming default interest on the unpaid amount at an annual rate of 25% from October 20, 2025, until the full payment date, as well as further interest, legal fees, and/or other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
The company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on April 1, 2025, and will continue to be suspended
