HGTECH stated during an institutional research that the company's 800G LPO optical modules began delivery at overseas factories in October, with expectations for continued volume growth in the fourth quarter of this year, while the product models are also increasing. The 1.6T optical module products are being prepared for volume growth next year. Regarding the outlook for overseas customer demand next year, first, there is an overall increase in demand quantity, with the total expected demand in the overseas market estimated to be between 40 million to 50 million units, and this number is still being adjusted and will undergo an increasing process. Second, the increase in product types, including LPO and LRO optical modules, will be one of the mainstream solutions in the future, offering advantages of low cost, low power consumption, and low latency, which are particularly important for AI computing and supercomputing scenarios.
