CHI MER LAND's contract sales in the third quarter reached RMB 9.569 billion, an increase of 14.7%

CHI MER LAND (00978.HK) announced that for the nine months ending in September, the cumulative contract sales totaled RMB 25.662 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8.4%; the contract sales area was 994,540 square meters, a decrease of 23.3%. The average selling price per square meter was RMB 25,803, an increase of 19.3%.
