SINO-OCEAN GP subsidiary signs service procurement agreement with China Life Insurance Beijing Branch
SINO-OCEAN GP's wholly-owned subsidiary Chuanxuanmao has signed a service procurement agreement with the Beijing branch of China Life Insurance, which will take effect on October 24, 2025. According to the agreement, the Beijing branch of China Life Insurance will purchase elderly care service rights from Chuanxuanmao, with a total contract amount expected to not exceed 5.5 million yuan
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINO-OCEAN GP (03377) announced that on October 24, 2025, Chuanxuanmao (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the service provider) entered into a service procurement agreement with the Beijing Branch of China Life Insurance (as the purchaser). According to this agreement, the Beijing Branch of China Life Insurance will procure services from Chuanxuanmao, and Chuanxuanmao will provide pension service rights to the designated clients of the Beijing Branch of China Life Insurance. The total contract amount of the service procurement agreement is expected to not exceed RMB 5.5 million
