The business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; sales of specialized chemical products; enterprise management consulting, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Yibin Tianyi Lithium Industry Technology Co., Ltd., which is indirectly co-held by Canmax Technologies and CATL
