Yip's Chemical to acquire 60% stake in Beijing Sino-Hypro Petrochemical

Yip’s Chemical Holdings Limited is set to acquire a 60% stake in Beijing Sino-Hypro Petrochemical Tech. Co. through its subsidiary, Yip’s Puricycle Management. The deal, valued between RMB254.4 million and RMB384 million, aims to enhance Yip’s technological capabilities in chemical vapours emissions management. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2025 and aligns with Yip’s strategy to diversify its portfolio and expand into environmentally friendly sectors. Both companies anticipate synergies that will support growth and operational efficiency in the market.
