YTPM: Adjusted the total cash dividend for the first half of 2025 to RMB 7.4724 million
YTPM announced that the company originally planned to distribute a total cash dividend of 7.2 million yuan. Due to the company's 2025 restricted stock incentive plan granting restricted stocks to 143 incentive recipients and the targeted issuance of 4.54 million A-share common stocks, the company's total share capital increased from 120 million shares to 125 million shares. In order to maintain the per-share distribution ratio, the company adjusted the total profit distribution amount for the first half of 2025 to 7.4724 million yuan
