Zhongjin Irradiation: Plans to invest 103 million yuan to build a comprehensive sterilization center in Qinhuangdao

Zhongjin Irradiation announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of the Zhongjin Irradiation Qinhuangdao Comprehensive Sterilization Center project, with a total investment of approximately 103 million yuan. An investment cooperation agreement has been signed with the Qinhuangdao Beidaihe New District Management Committee. The project will be constructed in two phases, mainly involving the establishment of a third-party medical disinfection supply center and a 10MeV/20kW high-energy electron accelerator irradiation center. The planned land area for the project is 20 acres, with a building area of approximately 17,000 square meters. The construction period for the first phase of the project is about 12 months. The company plans to jointly invest with Qinhuangdao Beidaihe New District Jinchao Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. and Zhonghong Zhijin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture company as the project implementation entity, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, in which Zhongjin Irradiation holds 70% of the shares
