CNEC: CHINA CINDA plans to reduce its holdings by 1%

China National Nuclear Corporation announced that its shareholder, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., which holds 10.26% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 30.1383 million shares through centralized bidding from November 19, 2025, to February 18, 2026, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. All shares are sourced from those acquired before the IPO
