As of the announcement date, Wang Xiaoming has reduced his holdings by 2.6673 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.98% of the company's total share capital; he and his concerted party, Xiamen Heying, collectively hold 13.6574 million shares, accounting for 5.00%.
