MingDiao Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder Jiang Xin increased his holdings by 1.148 million shares in 2024, bringing his ownership ratio to 6.1078%. In 2025, he reduced his holdings by a total of 1.477288 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.1079% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, Jiang Xin's holdings decreased to 6.6669 million shares, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital, and he is no longer a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. This change does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer and will not alter the company's status of having no controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and operations
